1. What the service does

You paste one public YouTube link. The page reads the eleven-character video id from it and converts that one video into an MP3 at 192–320 kbps or an MP4 at up to 1080p. It reads youtube.com, youtu.be, m.youtube.com and music.youtube.com links, including /shorts/, /live/ and /embed/. There is no song-name search here and no playlist download.

2. What this site is, and what it is not

misjaprogramowanie.pl is not connected to MP3Juice, MP3Juices or any site using that name, and does not claim to be any of them. Nothing here is affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for anyone who uses it; the disclaimer repeats that as a numbered clause.

3. Who may use it

Anyone who can enter into a binding agreement where they live. Below that age, use the converter only with a parent or guardian involved. It is free and opens no account.

4. What you may convert

You are responsible for what you convert and for what you do with the result, including anything unlawful where you are. You agree not to:

• convert material you have no right to copy;
• re-upload, sell, broadcast or publicly perform a file that belongs to someone else;
• use the converter in a way that breaks the terms of the platform the link came from;
• send automated or bulk requests, or try to disrupt the service for other people.

5. The limits you will meet

One link converts one video. A request rate that looks automated gets a 429 and has to wait. A run that stops part-way replaces the status line with Conversion failed — Code: and two numbers naming the step that gave up. There is no app and no browser extension.

6. Copyright, and the platforms the links come from

A conversion moves no rights: a file still belongs to whoever owned it, and this site’s text, code and design to its operator. If you hold rights in material a conversion reproduced, the copyright and takedown page sets out what a notice must contain. This site is not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube, Google or any platform whose links the page reads, and their terms still apply to you.

7. What the page keeps

There is no account and no sign-up form on this domain. The only thing stored in your browser is your colour-theme choice, in localStorage; there are no other cookies. Page views are counted by an analytics beacon that reports to api.misjaprogramowanie.pl. A converted file is not kept for you: the download is handed to your browser when it is ready; there is no library or history. The privacy policy has the rest.

8. Availability, warranty and liability

The converter is offered as it is, with no promise of uptime. A conversion can stop because the video is not public, age-restricted, limited by country or removed, or because the step behind the button is unavailable. To the fullest extent the law allows, the service comes without warranties of any kind, express or implied: we do not promise that a conversion will finish or a file be complete.

To the same extent, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss from your use of it: lost time, lost data, or a rights holder’s claim against you. Because the service is free, our total liability is limited accordingly. If someone claims against us over your use of the site, you agree to cover the resulting costs and reasonable fees.

9. Governing law, changes, and how to reach us

These terms are governed by the law at the operator’s place of business; mandatory consumer protections where you live are unaffected.
