1. Where to write

Everything comes to [email protected]. There is no ticket system, no chat window and no phone number. Write in English or Polish and the reply comes back in the same language. Messages are read in the order they arrive and there is no promised turnaround, so the clearer the first message, the fewer rounds it takes.

2. Worth checking first

Most of what reaches us is already answered in the questions section on the home page: a link that will not convert, a format that is missing, a download that stopped part-way.

3. What to put in the message

To reproduce a conversion that failed, we need:

• the YouTube link you pasted, exactly as you pasted it;
• whether you pressed MP3 or MP4;
• what the status line said when it stopped, including the two numbers after Conversion failed — Code:;
• your browser, and whether you were on a phone or a computer.

Without the link, any answer is guesswork.

4. Copyright notices go elsewhere

A rights complaint sent to the support address is slower than one sent the right way. The copyright and takedown page sets out what a notice has to contain — the work, the eleven-character video id, your contact details and the two statements — and a notice missing one of those cannot be acted on.

5. What we cannot do

• find a song by title: there is no search box on this domain, only a field for one link;
• send you a file again, because nothing you convert is kept here for you afterwards;
• change what happens on a site we have nothing to do with — a pop-up or a download on someone else’s domain is not ours to remove;
• open a video the uploader restricted, removed or limited to certain countries.

6. What we hold about you

There is no account and no sign-up form here, so your message is usually the only thing we have from you. Every page loads one analytics script from api.misjaprogramowanie.pl and sends it a page-view event; the site sets no cookies, and the single value written to your browser is the light or dark theme you chose, kept in localStorage. The privacy policy has the detail.

7. Who you are writing to

misjaprogramowanie.pl is not connected to MP3Juice, MP3Juices or any site using that name, and nothing here is affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for anyone who uses it; the disclaimer repeats that as a numbered clause. Our converter works the other way round from what the name leads people to expect: you paste one YouTube link, we read the eleven-character video id, and you get one MP3 at 192–320 kbps or one MP4 at up to 1080p. There is no song-name search here and no playlist download. Questions about the Terms of Service come to the same address.
