1. Who this policy covers

It covers the pages on misjaprogramowanie.pl and the converter on them. misjaprogramowanie.pl is not connected to MP3Juice, MP3Juices or any site using that name, and nothing here acts for anyone who does. That statement is also a numbered clause in our Disclaimer; use of the converter is governed by the Terms of Service.

2. What you are never asked for

There is no sign-up form on this domain, so we never receive a name, an email address or a password, and no account or download list is attached to you. The only thing you type in is a YouTube link, and the only thing the page reads out of it is the eleven-character video id.

3. What the server sees while a conversion runs

When you press MP3 or MP4, your browser calls our relay at api.misjaprogramowanie.pl with that video id. Like any web server, it sees what a request cannot travel without: the time, the address asked for, the browser's user-agent string and an IP address. Those keep the converter working and feed the rate limit, which answers 429 when requests arrive too quickly.

4. The one script that reports back

Every page loads one analytics script from api.misjaprogramowanie.pl, which counts the page view; it is the only outside request a page makes on its own. When a download starts, the page sends one more line to the same host, recording that an MP3 or an MP4 download began. Both are counted in aggregate, with no cookie and no cross-site identifier.

5. Cookies, and the one value kept in your browser

This site sets no cookies, for advertising or for anything else. One value is kept in your browser's local storage: the colour theme you choose with the button in the header, saved under the key theme as light or dark, so the page does not flash white on your next visit. Clearing your browser data removes it.

6. The converted file is not kept for you

A finished MP3 or MP4 is written to temporary storage on the conversion host so your browser can fetch it, and the last step hands you to that host's own download address. Nothing here keeps a copy for you: no library, no history, no list of what anyone converted. The download link is short-lived, so save the file when it arrives.

7. How long anything is kept

Operational logs are kept only as long as they are useful for running the service and dealing with abuse. Aggregate counts stay in the statistics. A converted file lasts as long as the conversion host's temporary storage keeps it.

8. Other companies in the path

Our hosting provider and the content delivery network in front of it keep their own short-lived operational logs, and the conversion itself is carried out by the upstream service our relay talks to. Beyond those and the script in section 4, the page embeds no advertising slot and no third-party measurement code.

9. Your rights, and what we can look up

Where the law gives you rights over personal data — access, correction, deletion, objection — write to [email protected] and say what you are asking for. There is no account to open, so give the date and roughly what happened; what we hold is technical and short-lived, and we will say plainly what is there.

10. Changes to this page

If this text changes, the date at the top changes with it, and the current version is dated 21 September 2026. Earlier versions are not archived.
