1. What this page covers

Everything on this domain describes one tool. It is general information, not advice of any kind, and it does not stand in for the rules of the platform a link comes from.

2. Not connected to MP3Juice, or to anyone using the name

misjaprogramowanie.pl is not connected to MP3Juice, MP3Juices or any site using that name. We are an independent converter: nothing here is affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for anyone who uses the name. We use the name because it is the phrase people type, and we keep the addresses that carry it, in one list.

3. One link in, one file out

You paste one YouTube link, we read the eleven-character video id out of it, and you get back one MP3 at 192–320 kbps or one MP4 at up to 1080p. There is no song-name search and no playlist download here, no account, no app and no extension.

4. Nothing is hosted here, and nothing is kept for you

This site holds no audio and no video of its own, and no page of ours publishes anyone else’s work. A conversion makes one file for the browser that asked for it; what you convert is not kept here afterwards.

5. What this site collects

There is no account and no sign-up form on this domain. Every page does load a small analytics script from api.misjaprogramowanie.pl and send it a page-view event. Apart from that there are no cookies; the one thing written to your browser is the light or dark theme you chose, kept in localStorage under the key theme.

6. YouTube and other platforms

This site is independent of YouTube. It is not authorised, sponsored or endorsed by any platform whose links it reads. Trademarks here belong to their owners and are used to say what the tool does, and those platforms’ own terms still apply to you.

7. What you convert is your decision

You choose the link and you carry what follows from it. Convert your own uploads, openly licensed material, or something you have permission to keep, and do not pass somebody else’s work on as your own. Rules on personal copies differ from country to country, and knowing yours is part of using the tool.

8. No warranty

The service is offered as it stands, with no warranty of any kind. A conversion can stop because the uploader restricted the video, because it was removed, or because too many requests arrived and the service answered 429. The status line then names the stage and a code, as in Conversion failed — Code: 3.502.

9. Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, misjaprogramowanie.pl is not liable for loss or damage arising out of your use of this site: a conversion that failed, time spent on it, or a complaint brought against you over what you converted.

10. Links out, and changes

Where this site links somewhere else it is citing a source, and we do not control what sits at the other end. This page can be rewritten; the date at the top marks the version you are reading, and using the site after a change means the newer text applies.

11. Where to write

Questions about this page go to [email protected]; the contact page says what to put in the message. A copyright complaint takes a different route, and what it has to contain is set out on the DMCA and copyright page.
