mp3juice.com, mp3juices.com and www mp3juice: what is at each address

What is at each address today

Typing an address asks a domain name to resolve, and what answers is whatever the holder of that name points it at. Names change hands, and nothing in the spelling tells you when the last change was. So here is what answered us on 21 September 2026, with every forward followed to the end.

Two of those five carry the older story. mp3juices.com, with an s, is the address the 2014 reports are about, and its registration record now begins on 11 October 2017 — years after the events below. mp3juices.to is the address the original operators moved to in November 2014.

The address UK police had suspended in 2014 is not a downloader now

Two authority actions sit behind this name, both more than a decade old. They are separate things, and neither of them explains what any address does today.

The first was a court order. BBC News reported on 29 October 2013, under the headline ISPs told to block 21 pirate sites, that UK internet providers had been asked to block 21 more websites following an application by the BPI, with the blocks taking effect on 30 October 2013. The order was made by the High Court on a rights holder's application. Mp3Juices was on the published list — as a brand name, with no domain beside it, so the list does not tell us which address was meant.

The second was a domain suspension. TorrentFreak's Ernesto Van der Sar reported on 11 September 2014 that the mp3juices.com domain was suspended by domain name registrar Internet.bs the day before, 10 September 2014, after action by the UK's Police Intellectual Property Crime Unit. In that same 11 September 2014 report, TorrentFreak described the site: The MP3 search engine was relatively popular with well over a million visitors per month.

The page that went up in its place is still in the Internet Archive. A capture of mp3juices.com taken on 17 September 2014 is titled PIPCU Domain Suspension and tells the visitor the site is under criminal investigation by the UK: Police Intellectual Property Crime Unit; TorrentFreak quoted the same banner on 11 September 2014, and the captures bracket the change between 9 and 17 September 2014. TorrentFreak also recorded, on 11 September 2014, that PIPCU says it has no comment to make. When we searched on 21 September 2026 we found no statement about this suspension from the City of London Police made at the time.

Why so many people type "con", "ww" and "www mp3juice"

The same address gets spelled several ways: mp3juice con, ww mp3juice, www mp3juice com, mp3juice site. They are not four services. On a keyboard n sits next to m, so com becomes con; ww is www with a letter missing; and www. is a host name in front of a domain rather than a different destination.

That last one we can answer from the probe. On 21 September 2026 mp3juice.com and www.mp3juice.com both forwarded us to the same page, ww38.mp3juice.com. Adding the www. changed nothing.

A search box forgives what an address bar does not: type mp3juice con into a search engine and it offers results anyway, while an address bar has nothing to connect to. The choice is made on the results page rather than in the spelling, and the addresses carrying this name do not all end in the same place.

mp3juice.co is a different address from mp3juice.com

People type mp3juice.co as well, and it reads like mp3juice.com with the last letter dropped. It is not. Dot-co and dot-com are separate top-level domains, so mp3juice.co and mp3juice.com are two separate registrations that can be held by two unrelated people and pointed at two unrelated places. Nothing about one tells you anything about the other, and mp3juice.co.za in the table above is a third registration again.

We did not type mp3juice.co on 21 September 2026, so this page does not say what is on it. When any page tells you what is at an address, look for the date it looked; ours is at the top of this page and it moves when we re-check.
