1. Who you are writing to

misjaprogramowanie.pl is not connected to MP3Juice, MP3Juices or any site using that name, and nothing here is affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for anyone who does. If your complaint is about another site that carries the name, it has to go to whoever runs that site; we cannot act on it. The disclaimer carries that statement as a numbered clause, and the terms of service cover the rest.

2. What there is here to act on

You paste one YouTube link, we read the eleven-character video id out of it, and you get back one MP3 at 192–320 kbps or one MP4 at up to 1080p. There is no song-name search and no playlist download here. Nothing is hosted on this domain: no catalogue, no uploads, no page of ours that stays up holding somebody else’s work. A converted file is not kept for you either, so there is no history to delete. What a notice can reach is the conversion itself: the video id this converter would otherwise keep answering for.

3. What we do with a complete notice

When a notice identifies a video clearly, we stop the converter answering for that video id: the request is refused before anything is read. We write back to say the id has been refused. Nothing of ours has to be deleted afterwards, because nothing was kept.

4. What a notice has to contain

Send it to [email protected] with Copyright notice in the subject line, and include all of this:

• the work you own or represent, identified closely enough for us to recognise it;
• the YouTube link, and the eleven-character video id inside it, that you say infringes;
• your name, postal address, telephone number and email address;
• a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law;
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that what you have written is accurate and that you are the rights holder or act for them;
• your signature, typed or written.

A notice missing any of these cannot be acted on, so read the list once more before you send it.

5. If an id was refused in error

Write to the same address with the video id, the reason the block does not hold — you hold the rights, the material is openly licensed, the notice named the wrong video — your contact details and the same statement under penalty of perjury. If the ground for the refusal does not survive that, we lift it.

6. Repeated or knowingly untrue notices

We will stop reading mail from anyone who sends abusive or knowingly untrue notices. Sending one knowingly can expose you to liability for damages, costs and fees under the law that applies to you. Nothing here is advice about the law, and it does not replace the notice requirements you are working under, so be sure of your position before you write.

7. What this site holds about you

Very little, which is worth knowing before you ask us for records. There is no account and no sign-up form on this domain. Every page loads one analytics script from api.misjaprogramowanie.pl and sends it a page-view event; apart from that the site sets no cookies, and the only value written to your browser is the light or dark theme you picked, kept in localStorage under the key theme. The privacy policy sets out the rest.

8. Everything that is not a copyright matter

Support questions, a conversion that stopped part-way, a file you cannot find afterwards: those belong on the contact page. This address is kept for copyright mail so notices are not lost among support messages.
