Is MP3Juice safe? What we found behind each address

The question is asked about one site; the name is on many. Here is what the pages behind it served on 21 September 2026.

In brief

On 21 September 2026 we fetched the pages that use this name from a command line. Seven hostnames answered with one byte-identical page that calls itself ad-free three times and carries a click handler opening another address in a new tab. One site publishes two review counts that cannot both be true; another, reached through a forward, awards itself 4.9 in its own structured data; a third serves a Norton badge as an image out of its own HTML. We opened none of them in a browser and give no verdict.

Why this question has no single answer

Is mp3juice safe is a question about a name, and a name is not a website. What answers depends on the address you typed and on the month, so on 21 September 2026 we asked for every one we could find and wrote down what came back, in the list of addresses people type.

There is also nobody to ask. Not one of the pages we fetched that day named the person or company running it, and the only ownership statements in the set were negative ones: the largest family's page disclaims any connection to three other download brands.

So this page answers with dated observations, not a yes or a no.

What we did here, and the four things we could not check

What we did. On 21 September 2026 each address was resolved and fetched with a command-line request that followed every redirect, and we read the HTML as served. Four things we did not do: we did not open any of these pages in a browser, execute a script they carry, download or open a file, or run an antivirus scan. Nothing below is a verdict on any site.

What we saw in the page source on 21 September 2026

Seven hostnames serve a byte-identical 19,700-byte page carrying this name. It tells the reader three times that it is ad-free and advises them not to accept unwanted pop-ups or downloads. Its own HTML contains a click handler that calls window.open on a named address, hai8g.com/4/8187794, in a new tab, at most twice per visit. We read that code as served on 21 September 2026, did not execute it, and do not know what that address serves.

Two more addresses publish numbers about themselves. mp3juices.is, fetched on 21 September 2026, published schema.org review data claiming 48,260 ratings and 52,140 reviews; a review cannot exist without a rating, so both cannot be true, and the page carries no review form. The same day mp3juice.lol forwarded us to v1.mp3juice.lol, whose structured data claims 4.9 from 46,537 ratings and whose body copy calls it the official MP3Juice website and says There is no virus in any of the files — that page's own words, read on that date. We tested no file.

The third case is a badge. On 21 September 2026 the page at mp3juice.nu rendered a Scanned by Norton Safe Web badge as a plain image and paragraph in its own HTML, not as a widget served or verified by Norton.

What we found on the security vendors' blogs

Nothing. On 21 September 2026 we found no post about this name on the blogs of Norton, Kaspersky, McAfee or Bitdefender — and an absence of coverage is not a clean bill of health. We do not repeat a conclusion we cannot reproduce from a command line, so this page carries no third-party verdict.

What this page does with your link, start to finish

misjaprogramowanie.pl is not connected to MP3Juice, MP3Juices or any site using that name. We are an independent converter: nothing here is affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for anyone who uses the name.

Our converter works the other way round from those pages: you paste one YouTube link, we read the eleven-character video id out of it, and you get one MP3 at 192–320 kbps or one MP4 at up to 1080p. There is no song-name search and no playlist download here.

What this page does not have: no sign-up form, no notification prompt, no APK, no store listing, no browser extension, no advertising slot. What it does load is one analytics script from api.misjaprogramowanie.pl, our own subdomain, which counts the page view and reports it back there. What authorities did, and when

The UK block came first. BBC News reported on 29 October 2013 that UK internet providers had been asked to block 21 more websites following an application by the BPI. Mp3Juices was on the published list, with no domain against it; the blocks took effect on 30 October 2013 under a High Court order made on a rights holder's application.

A domain suspension followed in 2014. TorrentFreak reported on 11 September 2014 that the mp3juices.com domain was suspended by domain name registrar Internet.bs the day before — an event dated 10 September 2014 — after action by the UK's Police Intellectual Property Crime Unit. A capture of that domain on 17 September 2014 is titled PIPCU Domain Suspension and tells the visitor the site is under criminal investigation by the UK: Police Intellectual Property Crime Unit.

The third dated event was not an order at all. TorrentFreak reported on 29 October 2017 that two of the most used YouTube-to-MP3 conversion sites had closed their doors to UK traffic, mp3juices.cc among them — the operators' own act. BetaNews, in an article by Sofia Elizabella Wycislik-Wilson dated 29 October 2017, reported that UK visitors were shown This service is no longer available. Thanks for being a part of us. Goodbye!

What rights-holder groups filed, and when

The RIAA is a record-industry trade body, not an authority. In its submission of 7 October 2022 to the US Trade Representative, Docket USTR-2022-0010, it listed the site as: domain mp3juices.cc (also mp3juice.zone), registrant Redacted for Privacy, 318 million visits in the past twelve months. That is what one rights-holder filing says; no authority made those findings.

The IIPA is a coalition of rights-holder trade associations, also not an authority. Its Special 301 submission of 31 January 2022 states that Major stream-ripping sites include MP3juices.cc (visited by 29.3% of all Internet users in South Africa). The IIPA gives no source for that figure, and we did not measure it.

Filings also change. TorrentFreak reported on 11 October 2024 that mp3juices.cc appeared struck through in the RIAA's 2024 Notorious Markets submission, explaining that those that were removed are crossed out — again a rights-holder filing to the US Trade Representative, not a decision by any authority.

We never opened one of those pages, so we cannot tell you. All we can give you is the code we read on 21 September 2026, above.

Is MP3Juice legit?

The word assumes one site to apply it to. On 21 September 2026 these addresses ended in different places, none said who runs them, and one published two counts of itself that cannot both be true.

Is MP3Juice legal?

We give no ruling about anyone else's site, and the answer turns on where you are. The dated record here is two UK authority actions, in 2013 and 2014, and three trade-body filings between 2022 and 2024.

Is mp3juice.cc safe?

Same question, one address narrower, and the same answer: we did not open it in a browser and we state no verdict on it. What we saw when we followed both .cc spellings on 21 September 2026 is on where both .cc spellings ended that day.
